We have only been here for a short while and we are already haveing loads of fun.

Well there are lots of things have happened sine June of 09 lol. Greg made it back home form West Virgina, we made it through the holidays slightly fatter but that's another blog I'm sure. I have been keeping busy with being a nanny for my brother and his wife. I am definitely having to learn some patience fast with all the kids. Evan especially, I love the kid but some days are a little more difficult then others for him.

My parents left on their mission to Washington We finally got a family picture taken. We haven't had one in about six years. When there is a lot in your family and everyone gets busy.... you know how that goes.

Greg is currently going to school and loving it, maybe even a tad to much :) I just discovered that he has is own blog, that is another good reason to get on here more! http://gregorysumsion.blogspot.com/

Farwell Odie

Odie had a little bit of a barking problem when I wasn't home and being summer time I wasn't going to be home very much. I just made a decision to give her up, she went to a great home. I think she was meant to be a farm dog. Thanks Aunt Anne.

Here is whats been going on!

Alayna and I went to the Sand Dunes with my brother and his kids a couple a weekends ago.

It has been a long time!!!!

This is the first time in since November that I have felt like getting on top of things and actually writing something.

Well things and have a little rough around our house in the last month. Greg is now in West Virginia, Alayna likes to call it West Taginia. Its been hard just trying to find a balance of always having him here, to not seeing him for the next five months. The kids cry a lot for daddy, especially when they get into trouble, the probably see me cry too and wonder what the heck is going on! I think that I have now finally found some sort of routine and try to keep the kids and myself busy with other things then just sitting at home being board.


My sister in-law and I have finally got our business cards and are ready for people to order some cakes!!!!!!

Hopefully this will be a fun summer.

We had these mattresses in our living room and on day I thought, oh maybe they we fit on the stairs. We have had tons of fun with it. It never gets old.

So lately Evan has gotten this new attitude and thinks that he can tell me NO! At first I would set him on the step and make him sit there, but that wasn't working. I would get more upset that he wouldn't stay, so now he gets to put his little nose in the corner. Its one of those funny but sad cry's as soon as he knows his going to the corner,but then it defuses the frustrations on my part.

On another note Halloween has not seemed to be over for Alayna. She does not want to take off the costume, its cute for a while but now she wanted to wear it to church, the store. I think I'm in for a long haul. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Update

So this is what my face looked like with the Bells Palsy. For those of you who don't remember I had Bells Palsy couple of months ago, I'm just now feeling ok with it to show the before and after pictures.

This is the after picture taken on the 11th of October. As you can see my face isn't that bad anymore. The only thing that still doesn't work is the left eye, it doesn't blink. Crazy but happy that's the only thing wrong
